How will applicants find my portal?
You can promote your job opportunities the way you always do - via online, newspaper, or job board advertisements - and simply promote your portal that way. ResumeFiler.com is not a career database like jobs.com or monster.com. Rather, we are a tool which your organization uses in order to receive resumes online and manage the recruitment process.
